3. Analytical Results

All reports are generated based on the specific sample provided and reflect analytical findings at the time of testing.

Results are limited to the submitted material and do not represent entire batches unless explicitly stated. Minor variations may occur depending on analytical conditions.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are indicative and may vary depending on sample complexity, laboratory workload, and external factors.

Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds unless explicitly agreed in advance.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full prior to analysis unless otherwise agreed. Pricing may vary depending on scope, complexity, and specific analytical requirements.

All payments are final once analysis has commenced.

6. Confidentiality

All client data and sample information are treated as confidential. Synaptica Analytics does not share client data with third parties except where required by law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any shared data does not violate third-party rights.

7. Verification System

Synaptica Analytics may provide a verification system for report authentication. Access to verification tools does not imply certification or regulatory approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Synaptica Analytics shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of analytical results.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the use, import, or handling of materials.
